Jamie Robertson

A recent addition to the Guild, although he should have been invited  long ago. Jamie is a master tormentor of both characters and readers, making his heroine's love life suffer because she turns into a panther during sex, and the latter by creating a cool character, killing her off, telling everyone to prepare for a funeral and still bringing the character back at the end! Alive. At a perfect moment just at the end of the story. Sometimes evil surpasses itself.
In fact, Jamie seems to have a gift for 'killing' off characters. The 'death' of the heroine's boyfriend by shooting then turned into a major storyline to bring said boyfriend back from the dead, which they did. Jamie also has a gift for subtext, as seen by the conversation sparked off by the close friendship between two female characters. Of course, that time was accidental, but I believe there will be more to come on that score from Mr Robertson. Jamie is also a past master of foreshadowing, as seen (or rather, *not* seen) in one story where an escaped panther is clearly hiding under the guest house where the characters are staying. I say 'clearly' since someone pointed it out, but did anyone else spot it at the time?

Evil, I tell you. Evil.

                        Foreshadowing above and beyond the perceptions of the readers.
